For the last 11 years, he's been working for a market-leading $1.5 billion global ingredient business. A company he joined as EMEA HR Director and quickly progressed into the Global Executive Leadership Team, where he held the role of Global VP of HR. During his time with the business he played a critical role in scaling their organisation from 500 to 1,700 employees over the last 6 years.

He's now activley looking for a role that will allow him to remain living in the UK but is open to considerable international travel having spent roughly 70% of his time travelling across the globe in his previous role.
