About Me
I'm an experienced Executive Recruiter and the Founder/Director of Paragon Talent, an international search firm specialising in the Flavour, Fragrance, and Ingredient industries. With over a decade of experience in global executive search, I've developed a deep expertise in connecting businesses with exceptional talent across the UK, US, and European markets.
Before founding Paragon Talent, I served as Managing Partner for GrassGreener Group, where I led the Ingredients team, successfully delivering high-level commercial, technical, and leadership placements for clients in the flavour and fragrance sectors. My approach combines industry knowledge, an extensive global network, and a tailored, transparent strategy to help organisations build strong teams that align with their goals and culture.
Prior to my career in recruitment, I served in the British Army as part of the Blues & Royals Regiment of the Household Cavalry. During my time in the military I was involved in many state ceremonial duties and public engagements, including serving as part of the mounted escort to Her Majesty The Queen. This experience instilled a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and commitment, which continues to influence my professional approach today.
