The background:
Jamie started working with Chaucer Foods in September 2018 following an introduction to their HR Director from their incoming CCO who’d worked with Jamie previously.
Following an initial introductory conversation, Jamie travelled to their UK manufacturing site to meet the team, learn more about the business and understand how he could help.
This led to an on-going relationship which has now seen 9 successful projects completed in the UK, Europe and the US.
