About the Role
We're working with a market leading €multi-billion global ingredient business, seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth and strategic relationships in the F&F market, taking responsibility for tier 1 global flavour house. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading company and shape the future of the ingredient industry on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key Flavour House clients, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Utilise a diverse range of natural ingredients to add value and innovation to customer portfolios.
- Lead the annual sales planning process and maintain accurate customer forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer expectations and business objectives.
- Drive account development, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing partnerships.
- Efficiently manage customer requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree qualified with 5-10 years of experience in the ingredient industry.
- Strong network within the Flavour House sector and experience managing major global accounts.
- In-depth knowledge of natural ingredients, including citrus oils, botanicals, fruit essences, and more.
- Proven ability to drive sales, foster long-term customer relationships, and deliver profitable growth.
