Jamie supported me with a number of recruitment campaigns at a food manufacturing organisation that I worked for. From the outset, Jamie took time and care to understand what the Company needed, spending more time on the organisational culture and personal competencies that were needed to be successful in the role.

The campaigns were always well organised and he consulted with the business throughout the process to ensure we were kept informed and in order that he could refine the process quickly, if it was needed. We were never bombarded by CV's that were not relevant, he worked hard to ensure the shortlisted candidates were suitable, credible and committed. I can't recall one campaign that Jamie was not able deliver on.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jamie to a company looking to recruit, he knows his industry, builds good relationships with candidates and clients and acts as an extension to any organisation recruiting.
